At Exact Replacement Part, we stock a large inventory of appliance parts and work to fulfill orders promptly.

The manufacturer dropship option is a separate shipping upgrade and is not included in our free standard shipping offer.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
In-stock items: Most orders ship the same or next business day.
Out-of-stock items: Orders generally ship within 3–4 business days, subject to availability.
These timeframes refer to order processing and shipment—not delivery. Carrier transit time begins after your order ships.
Direct-from-Manufacturer Shipping
For qualifying orders of $100 or more, customers may select or request direct shipment from the manufacturer for a $25 shipping charge.
This option may allow an item that is out of stock at our warehouse to ship the same or next business day, provided it is available at the manufacturer. Manufacturer stock and processing availability must be confirmed.
The dropship upgrade speeds up fulfillment when available; it does not guarantee overnight delivery or a specific arrival date.

Shipment Tracking and Delays
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.
Processing and delivery estimates may be affected by manufacturer backorders, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances. If an availability issue changes the expected shipping timeframe, we will contact you with an update.
